Basic Consulting Subscriber

We begin with your call or email message of interest. We set a date/time and we have a chat - either in person or via telephone. I then conduct some fundamental research into your business, elected or appointed office, or enterprise, and make a decision on whether I can enthusiastically advocate for you, your cause(s), and/or your clients.

Assuming I accept you as a client, I send you a short contract that outlines my services, and instructs you on how to proceed with the monthly credit card auto-payment.

From the moment I receive your signed contract and verification from my e-financial service, I create a file and begin to profile your communications.

At this Basic Subscriber level I provide approximately two hours per month of services to you - the great news (!) is that the hours are cumulative, just like minutes on a good cell phone plan. I understand that you may go months and not need any services, and then have substantial needs in a short period of time during a marketing, advocacy, sales, or political campaign. You'll have hours in the bank and I will dedicate them to you.

The type of service I provide is strategic wordsmithing. You send me your draft flyer, brochure, speech, talking points, sound-bites, advertisement draft, commercial language and photo/graphic draft, you tell me your intended audience and desired impact and I'll match them for you.

I am not a proof–reader nor a grammarian. I match your message to your target group. Often this requires changing just a few words, moving a phrase around, making different word choices; and sometimes you have it nailed already and I just tell you so.

But for a very modest investment you get a second look from a trained social scientist who is likely already working with and for many of your contemporaries. (Never your competitors - I only take one directional position on any issue).

And I never divulge you as a client. Never.

Prestige Consulting Subscriber

The Prestige level of services includes everything in the Basic level, plus the following:

One hour of personal (telephone or F2F) consultation per month (cumulative).

Media relations - to include serving as your spokesman, handling crisis calls or communications, advising you and your team on strategy.

On call 7 days a week, and 24 hours a day.

Did you just get photographed getting a $400 haircut, or stopped by the police while throwing your "paper route" in front of your secretary's house at 3:00 a.m., or did you just have a Don Imus moment at the microphone?
